You will learn the art of effective small talk and mingling skills to help build lasting relationships needed personally and professionally. This class includes role-play on “working-a-room,” proper introductions, business card savvy and how to avoid the pitfalls of cultural and social nuances including proper pronoun usage.
We will also cover how to input, store and recall relationship contact information for best use at a later time.
